Pam Beigh

Pam Beigh is not only the Founder of SALESCORE; she’s a problem solver and a growth advocate. Brian Berning, CPA


Brian is a director in SS&G’s entrepreneurial services group and member of the firm’s executive committee. He provides accounting, tax, and strategic business consulting services to privately owned businesses in the manufacturing and distribution, retail, high-tech, and professional services industries. Brian is responsible for all aspects of the entrepreneur’s financial, accounting, tax, and strategic business needs, including tax planning, advisory and compliance services, merger and acquisition consulting, due diligence, strategic planning, financial analysis, benchmarking, cost and profitability assessments, and start-up and exit strategies. Brian is a past recipient of the Cincinnati Courier’s prestigious Forty Under 40 Award and the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce’s Customer Focus Award. He is also a graduate of Leadership Northern Kentucky (LNKY).
 

Walter Goodfield


Walter Goodfield is currently the Director of Mid Market ERP products at Sage,  managing a Field Sales Organization portfolio selling Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, Sage MAS 500, Sage Accpac, and Sage X3. With 16+ years in the ERP and Channel Sales industry, Walt's background includes pre-sales delivery, sales cycle management, and post-sale execution.

 

Walt graduated from Cleveland State University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Accounting.

 

Jeff Harris


Jeff is an executive with demonstrated international leadership experience in strategy, business development, accounting systems implementation, software development, and architecture.  He has over 18 years of experience in the management, development, and implementation of information technology solutions, as well as the delivery of professional services, including training and ongoing customer support, to clients and partners.  Jeff provides consulting on business development, strategic marketing research, market segmentation, e-commerce, CRM, data mining, and data warehousing.  He is certified in Microsoft Dynamics SL and SQL Server. 

 

Rob Hinchcliffe


Robert Hinchcliffe is a Regional Sales Manager for Sage focusing on the Sage portfolio of CRM solutions.  His responsibilities include field based sales of SalesLogix, SalesLogix Cloud, Sage CRM and SageCRM.com for Eastern North America.  Rob originally joined the former ACCPAC International in 2000 in Pleasanton, California as a Product Manager and then went on to a Vice President position with a Sage Business Partner until 2007 when he joined the Sage CRM Solutions Team.

 
 
Tom Higginbotham

Tom Higginbotham of Microsoft Corporation is a Technical Specialist based out of Southfield, Michigan. He joined Microsoft in 2001 as a result of the acquisition of Great Plains Software (now known as Microsoft Dynamics GP), and joined Great Plains in 2000 as a result of the Solomon Software acquisition (now known as Microsoft Dynamics SL). He had been with Solomon Software since 1986.
 
In his 20+ years in the software industry, Tom has had roles in application development, system engineering, product management, and pre-sales technology consulting. His areas of focus include the architecture, integration, and customization tools across the Microsoft Dynamics portfolio of solutions as well as the Microsoft Information Worker and Business Intelligence platforms and technologies. Tom is a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS) on Microsoft Office SharePoint Server as well as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
 
Chet Kloss

Chet Kloss is a Microsoft technology specialist covering the CRM & XRM product set.  He brings to his position more than 25 years of management, sales, and technology experience.  He joined Microsoft in June of 1999 as a senior developer technology specialist, responsible for managing developer relationships and tools sales with Heartland EPG customers and partners.  

 

Prior to Microsoft, Kloss was the founder and senior developer for several software companies which specialized in the development of programs which targeted the Microsoft platform.  His primary customers were Ford Motor Company, Microsoft, and Revlon. Kloss has also developed solutions using artificial intelligence (AI) software for Pacific Bell and the US government.  Kloss is a technology advisor to a number of churches in the Archdiocese of Southeast Michigan.  He is also involved in the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of Michigan.

 

Todd Michael

Todd Michael currently serves as the General Manager of Plumbline Consulting.  Todd has the overall responsibility for efficient operations and to ensure the profitability goals of the company are met.  Todd is also responsible for managing the Plumbline Consulting and Support Services Team.  Prior to his current role, Todd was the Director of Sales and Marketing at Plumbline.

Before coming to Plumbline, Todd was Project Manager within the Microsoft Business Solutions’ Solution Analyst team. During this time, he managed and provided Escalation Services, including: Tech Support, Project Management, Customer Relationship Management and assisted the Customer Relation Team in achieving positive customer resolutions. Todd began his career with Microsoft Business Solutions in August 2000 as a Distribution Support Engineer. He then was assigned to manage special projects which involved coordinating development and support resolutions for Customers and Partners. Todd also has held a number of management positions in other industries, including Yellow Freight Trucking, HolderBank of North America and General Motors. 

 

Jon Michaels

With over 17 years of executive experience, Jon has depth of expertise in helping customers manage their most pressing business initiatives by uncovering key strategic insights and proposing new ways to be environmentally responsible. At ImageTag, Jon manages International and US National sales initiatives while driving marketing strategy and product positioning. Prior to ImageTag, Michaels was Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer for Infolmage, Inc., where he positioned the Infolmage Enterprise Decision Portal as a leader in the space and helped raise $42 million in venture capital and landed blue chip customers across the country. Jon holds an MBA from the State University of New York, Summa Cum Laude.  

 

Janice Phelps


Janice is co-founder of Blue Moon Industries, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner solely focused on implementing Dynamics GP systems. Janice is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Information Technology Professional and has more than 20 years of experience implementing financial systems and over 6 years working in public accounting. Janice’s experience includes business process analysis and re-engineering, implementation consulting, and executive training. Janice is a Certified Accounting Applications Specialist, a Certified Instructor with Microsoft Business Solutions with a focus on Project Accounting, and a Certified Master in the financial applications from Microsoft Business Solutions. Janice has provided extensive training for many Microsoft Business Solutions employees, partners, and customers.
 
 
Scott Zandbergen


As Vice President of Product Management, Scott Zandbergen is responsible for the overall product strategy for the Sage Business Solutions Mid Market ERP portfolio, including Sage Accpac, Sage MAS 90 and 200, and Sage MAS 500.  Being a strong customer advocate, he believes in staying very connected to both customers and partners in order to develop products that are truly market driven.  In his prior role at Sage, Scott was Vice President of Product Management for Sage Accpac and Simply Accounting.
 
Scott joined the former Accpac International in 1997 in Toronto as an Account Manager tasked with creating a network of Simply Accounting consultants.  He created the Simply Accounting Business Partner Program and grew it to over 2,000 members by 2001 when he moved into the role of Product Marketing and Product Management.
 

Rick Sandler


Rick has been consulting with manufacturing and other companies since 1982. As a former controller for a firm of architects and engineers, Rick has a user's perspective and thorough understanding of project-oriented accounting. He has a wide range of experience in the design, development, implementation and support of systems in and out of manufacturing and project-driven companies.  

 

Errol Schoenfish


A native of North Dakota, Errol’s 23-year career has been exclusively involved in the ERP/CRM software industry. As the Director of Product Management for the past 5 years, Errol has led the product direction of Microsoft Dynamics GP working closely with the development organization on strategy and cross-Microsoft product collaboration.  Errol previously led Partner and Field evangelism for Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the early years of that products lifecycle.  Errol gained international experience as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Microsoft Business Solutions Australia, leading the MBS sales and marketing strategies from 2001 to 2003.  Before relocating to Sydney, Errol was based in Fargo where he was the Director of National and Global Accounts for Great Plains Software from 1999 to 2001.  An accomplished presenter, Errol has delivered keynotes at hundreds of Microsoft and partner led customer events including main stage presentations at Microsoft Convergence (the largest Microsoft customer event).

 

Peri Lynn Silkwood

Peri Lynn Silkwood is the Sales Director at Altec Products Inc.   She has 13 years of award winning sales experience in the mid-market ERP space.  Peri Lynn's talent and expertise is in helping customer understand the problems and implications of manual processes and apply creative and innovative technology solutions.  She is very detail oriented with a keen eye for helping prospects achieve a meaningful and powerful ROI.  Altec's product, doc-link, is an integrated document management system (IDMS) that is integrated with your business system to effectively eliminate paper from your office and streamline paper based processes. 
 

Kirsten Austin


Kirsten Austin is a co-founder of DCSC Inc.  Since 1992 she has been working with wholesale distributors, fulfillment companies and discrete manufacturers.  She has been involved in over one hundred and twenty software implementations and uses a very straightforward and consultative approach on any and every engagement.  Known for her no-nonsense approach, she retains her valuable business relationships for years.  She helped DCSC Inc. become a top seller for the Sage MAS 500 Product Line winning the President’s Circle in November of 2005.  She then helped transition her company to publish their own software, DCWarehouse Automation, a warehousing, materials management and supply chain solution.  This application coupled with the years of distribution and manufacturing experience helps clients succeed in today’s competitive environment.
